M.A. in Leadership Development Approved

In today's complex and rapidly changing global environment, a new style of pivotal leadership is needed in both the public and private sectors. AWLUC is pleased to announce that its Masters of Arts in Leadership Development (MALD) programme has received full accreditation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). 

This programme is available to those from all sectors who wish to upskill their leadership strategies, and also  those who aspire to be in leadership positions. As a student, you will gain contemporary  knowledge,  real skills, and a deep understanding of the theories, concepts and challenges surrounding leadership. You will hone your skills among other senior leaders and learn through case studies, discussions and debates, forums, role play and experiential sharing, from  experienced  faculty and industry  practitioners.

The Masters of Arts programme will emphasize ethical leadership theories and styles, sustainability and growth, and practical skills related to cultivating high-performing teams. It will provide students with tools and skills to harness the potential of technologies such as AI in organisational and business management.
